The company owner was the service man for my chimney sweep, and I was impressed by his thoroughness. New home to me and I didn’t know the last time it had been swept, and per Sean it had quite a bit of buildup. He sent a telescopic camera up the pipe of my woodstove and showed me everything. As a novice, I relied on him to tell me the truth and charge me for what needed done. I was happy to pay extra for chemical cleaning because I could see shiny black creosote up there. Sean got up on the roof and cleaned up there, including clearing the buildup on the screen around the cap. His process was very clean, I didn’t find any dust after he was finished. When he was completely done I asked him to run the camera up the chimney again to show me how different it looked and all I could see was bare metal up the pipe. I highly recommend asking him to do this, it was very cool to see. He was friendly and professional amd took his time to make sure it was done right. Thanks, Sean
